Our Training

Every Tuesday we offer the following sessions:

In addition:

  • The first Tuesday of every month our session is a timed 5km run in Battersea Park.
  • The last Tuesday of every month our interval training will be a Hills Session!
  • The last Thursday of every month we will run a coached track session at Battersea Park running track (entrance fee required to pay) – meet 7:15 at the track.

Meet at Wingate Square at 7:15pm for a 7:30pm start. Changing and locker facilities are available (please bring your own padlock).

Every Sunday at 9:00am we also offer a long run, typically about 10-13 miles at a leisurely 9:30 to 10:00 minutes per mile pace. Set off at 9:15am from the Alexandra pub in Clapham Check out the Facebook Group for details and routes.

There are always options to hop on tubes or trains during the run for those wishing for a shorter weekend trot!
