Membership costs £42 per year.
Our membership year starts on 1st April and your fee covers you until 31st March the following year. If you join part way through the year we do not pro-rate the membership but any new members joining from this January (2024) onwards will get membership for the following year.
We offer a 10% Discount on membership for students and 60+

Joining Clapham Pioneers
Becoming a member of Clapham Pioneers is easy … send us a quick email with your name, date of birth, address and contact details with the following link! We will be in touch with you for payment details.
Our membership secretary typically checks this mailbox a few times a week so please be patient in waiting for a response.
Renewing your membership
Renewing your membership fees are due by 1st March each year. You can pay through online banking or bringing cash to one of Tuesday session.
If you forget, our Membership Secretary will send you a friendly reminder (or two).
England Athletics Registration
All Clapham Pioneers members are automatically enrolled with England Athletics.
Our Membership Secretary will submit your name, date of birth, address and contact details to the EA database. You will then be sent your welcome pack which includes your EA membership card and EA number.

• Entry to events exclusively available to registered athletes – under UKA Rules
• Entry discounts (minimum £2) on UKA licensed road and multi-terrain events

Privacy
We will not pass on any of your details to any third parties, except to England Athletics as part of the registration procedure. We will only store your details as long as you are an active member, or longer if you ask us to do so. We will include your email address on a group distribution list for club announcements.
